The Etna Rosso Passorosso of Passopisciaro is an excellent wine obtained with the combination of Nerello Mascalese grapes grown in different vineyards on the slopes of Etna. At sight it shows a beautiful intense ruby red color. After aging for 18 months in oak barrels, at nose it develops an elegant and complex bouquet, with marked notes of blackberry and raspberry. In the mouth it is complex, sapid and mineral, with important tannins. It is perfect to drink in combination with rich dishes of the Sicilian tradition, red meats and medium-aged cheeses
