Description

The Roero Bricco Genestreto of Monchiero Carbone  is a particularly elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Genestreto cru in Priocca district, in the highest and best exposed to te sunlight part of the estate. After a long aging of 8 years in bottle, the wine shows a beautiful garnet red color and in the nose it develops intense fruity hints of plum that are combined with balsamic nuances of dried flowers and licorice. The taste is enveloping, full-bodied, balanced, harmonious and velvety. The Roero Bricco Genestreto of Monchiero Carbone is perfect to drink in combination with tasty second courses of red meat or long-aged cheeses.
