Description

The Barbera d'Alba "Brichet" is a juicy red wine, produced for the first time in 2002, which best represents the wines of the Piedmontese tradition. After aging for 12 months in a large cask, this wine shows a beautiful dark ruby red color with purple reflections. In the nose it expresses an intense and fruity bouquet, with aromas of ripe cherry, red plum, marasca cherry, small berries and delicate spicy sensations. In the mouth it is very fresh and very drinkable, pleasant and fruity, with a very fine tannic texture. With a good taste persistence on the finish, the Barbera Brichet of Cà Viola seduces with its suitability for all meals, in particular for pasta with meat or game sauce, baked lasagne or roasted white meat.
