Description

The Barbaresco DOCG Mondino of Piero Busso is made with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Balluri district, in Neive, on the homonymous Mondino hills. It is a fruity and well balanced red wine,  which ferments on indigenous yeasts in steel and is aged for at least 18 months in a large cask and 6 months in bottle. It is perfect to drink with preparations based on the precious Alba White Truffle, such as egg cocotte with truffle, tjarin with butter with truffle flakes or beef tartare with white truffle.
