The Barbaresco Gallina of Piero Busso is the interpretation of a famous historical cru that extends in the northeast area of the territory of Neive. After aging in large wooden barrels and from 6 months to 1 year in bottles, the wine shows a beautiful garnet red color. In the nose it reveals aromas of violet, licorice root, small berries, balsamic and eucalyptus notes. The taste is delicate with thick and sweet tannins, in addition to a fresh and harmonious finish. With an excellent structure, the Barbaresco Gallina of Piero Busso goes perfectly with red meat courses, risotto with meat sauce or mature cheeses.
