The Langhe Sauvignon Arbè of Piero Busso is a fresh and fragrant white wine with a beautiful straw yellow color with green reflections. Produced with Sauvignon grapes grown on the hills of Neive, it is vinified in steel at controlled temperature and its aging in bottle lasts no less than six months. The aroma is distinguished by the notes of freshly cut grass and memories of ripe fruit. In the mouth it is pleasing and of good structure, very balanced and persistent. Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany fish dishes, white meats steamed, grilled vegetables or spring soups.
