The Chardonnay of the St. Michael Eppan winery is made with Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards located between 400 and 500 meters above sea level, around the district of Appiano and Caldaro. It is a bright white wine, which a straw-yellow color with shades tending to dark green. The aroma is fruity and intense, with scents of apple and aromatic herbs. The mouth it is light, pleasant and fresh. This Chardonnay is perfect to drink as an aperitif, but it is also great if accompanied by fish dishes or a classic risotto with mushrooms.
