The Pinot Nero Mimuèt of Alois Lageder shows a beautiful garnet red color with ruby red reflections; the scent is intense, aromatic and fruity with hints of currant, raspberry and undergrowth. The taste is moderately structured, elegant, fresh and characterized by a slightly tannic final. The Alois Lageder Pinot Noir is suitable for drinking in combination with white meats, medium-aged cheeses or with tasty tagliatelle with meat sauce.
