The Roero Arneis docg "Anterisio" of Cascina Chicco' taste is of a good structure and harmonic: in fact this kind of Arneis must be drunk as a fresh appetizer or in combination with fish platters, risotto and white meats. The perfume of it is very intense and persistent, with smells of apricot and apple, in addition to chamomile hints, but in some years this wine is spiced, too.
