This is a refined Barbera produced with the excellent grapes which come from vineyards with good expositions. This wine is dedicated to the grandfather Giuseppe, called “Gisep” in the typical dialect of Piedmont. This wine presents an intense ruby red colour, while the smell is an elegant one with a various and fruited bouquet with scents of red fruit, mature cherry, blackberry and violet. It is endowed with a good body and acidity, with a full and charming taste. For its characteristics it combines perfectly with flavourful first platters, risotto, salami, grilled red meats and medium seasoned cheeses.
