The Riesling is one of the most characteristic vineyard in the area of Saturno, in Val Venosta, where the Falkenstein winery, one time devoted to fruits’ cultivation, produces its personal version of Riesling obtaining an elegant wine. Its Southern position and the soil rich of minerals create a complex wine with a brilliant straw colour, with a rich bouquet with floral tastes of citrus fruits and honey. The mineral taste is balanced, with a good structure. This type of wine is perfect if served in combination with fish dinners, sea food, and also smoked fish.
