The Dolcetto d’Alba “Trifolè” of Bruno Rocca is produced with Dolcetto grapes that come from wine yards cultivated in the Barbaresco district, in the Rabajà area. It has an intense ruby red color, dark, with violet reflexes. The aroma has floreal and fruity bouquet, with violet, ripen cherry, plum and black berry notes. The taste is elegant and soft, lightly tannic, full and persistent. With a nut, brittle final is perfect if drunk with soups, boiled meats and medium aging cheeses.
