The Cloudy Bay’s Sauvignon Blanc was born in 1985 in the region of Marlborough, in New Zealand. The Cloudy Bay is a winery that was founded thirty years ago thanks to the enologist David Hoehenen, which after having tasted a Sauvignon Blanc in New Zealand choosed to buy a vineyard in that territory. The Sauvignon Blanc, that is the symbol of the Cloudy Bay’s winery, represents the quality of wines in the whole world. Fresh and delicate, obtained from grapes harvested by hand, it is characterized by a straw yellow color with green reflexes; its perfume is floral, with pleasant scents of limes and citrus. With a soft and well balanced taste, a persistent final it is perfect to accompany fish courses, shellfishes, quiches, smoked salmon and prawns.
