The Collio Sauvignon of Schiopetto is a warm and enveloping wine, produced with grapes harvested by hand and aged for 8 months on its lees in steel tanks. It has a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections; in the nose it is warm, complex, floral and fruity with hints of exotic fruit and citrus. It is a fresh and savory wine; its taste is full bodied, balanced and complex with balsamic notes of mint and nettle. The Collio Sauvignon of Schiopetto is ideal to accompany vegetables appetizers, first courses of fish and grilled shellfish.
