The Barolo “Cascina Nuova” of Elvio Cogno is produced mixing the best grapes of the best vineyards. This wine has a great ruby red color with soft orange reflexes and bouquet fresh, pleasant, with floreal (rose, violet, red fruit, jam) notes, and light-spiced notes. This Barolo is soft, tannic and sapid; it is perfect if drunk with roast red meats, game and aging cheeses.
