The Langhe Nascetta Anas-cetta of Elvio Cogno is a historical white wine produced with grapes that come from wine yards situated in the Novello district. For a long time, this was a forgotten wine; thanks to the passion of some wine producer like Elvio Cogno, it was possible bring it again on our tables. The Anas-Cetta has straw yellow color with golden reflexes and a soft and elegant aroma, with field flowers, aromatic herbs, citrus and exotic fruit scents. Fresh and persistent, it has an acacia honey, sage and rosemary flavor. It is perfect if drunk with vegetables, white meats and fish courses and with aging cheeses.
