Description

The Franciacorta Pas Operè of Bellavista is a full-bodied and intense sparkling wine, made with 75% of Chardonnay and 25% of Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are harvested and carefully selected by hand and come from the best plots of the winery, all with an average age above 30 years. Refined and elegant wine, it shows a beautiful straw yellow color tending to golden and an elegant and persistent perlage. The bouquet is composite and harmonious, with hints of honey, citrus, ripe yellow fruit in addition to hints of vanilla. With an excellent ability to evolve over time, its taste is fresh, elegant, refined and well balanced, characterized by a long, persistent and pleasing final. The Franciacorta Pas Operè of Bellavista is surely great to drink as an aperitif or in combination with main courses of fish.
