Franciacorta DOCG Brut Satèn Bellavista 2016

“Satèn” title has been introduced for the first time in 1990 and just in franciacorta area, in order to remember the softness of the silk and glazed colour of this wine. There are few quantities of it, wich is produced with the best chardonnay grapes; it shows a straw yellow colour with soft gold reflexes and fine bubbles. The bouquet is strong with scents of Peachtree flowers, ripe white fruit, citrus, honey and hazelnut. This Franciacorta wine is soft and refined, with a complex taste and a pleasant softness, it’s perfect served as aperitif or in combination with haute cuisine courses or shellfishes.namento con piatti di alta cucina, crostacei e molluschi.
