The Piccolo Derthona of La Spinetta winery is a white wine characterized by an excellent structure and a surprising longevity. Produced with Timorasso grapes, that is an autochthonous grape of Piedmont, it has a beautiful intense straw yellow color. The nose develops an intense and composite bouquet, with citrus and floral hints of acacia flowers.
The taste is sapid and with a good structure, well balanced with a perfect acidity. With a persistent and precise final, the Piccolo Timorasso Derthona of La Spinetta winery is a perfect wine to be tasted in combination with main fish courses, handmade “agnolotti del plin” with butter and sage or pumpkin pies with “Robiola di Roccaverano” cheese fondue.
