The Chardonnay of La Spinetta winery is a white wine that is dedicated in honor of “Lidia”, the mother of the three son that lead the winery actually.This wine has a great personality and shows a straw yellow color with green reflexes. It has a rich and complex bouquet, with white flowers, apple, pineapple and scents and citrus scents and vanilla and spiced notes on final. The taste is sapid and elegant, pleasant, fresh and sapid, with mineral and spiced notes on final. Served cold, this Chardonnay is perfect if drunk like aperitif or with vegetables first courses, like soups or pureed soups and fish entrées.
