Description

The Arneis produced by Taliano Michele is an elegant wine, with a straw yellow colour, refined and fruited perfume, in addition to smells of yeast. The taste of it is balanced in the acidity, mineral at the end. This type of wine is perfect if drunk as appetizer or in alternative in combination with fish platters and starters. Stated its structure, it as able to be an excellent partner of any kind of food.The Arneis vineyard is cultivated in the Roero territory since 1500: in fact the recent history of this wine lies here. One time the Arneis’grapes was eaten fresh or used for the production of sweet wine. The term ‘Arneis’ is a dialectal term of Piedmont that means an extroverted person. For the Roero Arneis ‘Sernì’ production are used selected grapes deriving from the vineyards collocated in the vicinities of Montà.
