Description

The Alta Langa Pas Dosè of Cocchi winery is a sparkling wine produced with 100% Pinot Noir following the champenoise method. After a long aging of 60 months on its lees, this sparkling wine shows an intense straw yellow color and fine and persistent bead. Its scent is fresh and fruity, with hints of candied fruit and hazelnut. The taste is very elegant, compact, sapid, fresh and well balanced. This Alta Langa is perfect to drink in combination with fish dishes, but it is also great served chilled as aperitif.
