The Alta Langa Rosato of Cocchi winery is a sparkling wine produced with Pinot Noir grapes following the champenoise method. After an aging of 36 months, it shows a soft pink color and fine and persistent bead. Its bouquet is mineral with hints of red fruit. In the mouth, however, the taste is soft, wide, mineral and it has a good structure. This wine is ideal if drunk as aperitif or with fresh pasta dishes.
