Description

The Alta Langa "Oudeis" of Enrico Serafino winery is a classic method sparkling wine. Its name "Ouderis" means "Nobody" in Greek language; it was chosen to emphasize the absolute quality of wine. The wine has a brilliant straw yellow color and is characterized by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose develops fruity and floral hints with notes of yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is certainly fresh, complex, characterized by a good acidity and with a long and mineral ending. The Alta Langa "Oudeis" is perfect if drunk in combination with fish courses or as an aperitif.
