The Dolcetto d’Alba of Pira is produced with grapes that come from wine yards situated in the Barolo district, in the Langhe heart. This wine has a great ruby red color with violet reflexes and a young and fresh bouquet, with fruity and floral scents. The taste is harmonic and persistent, with a good acidity, equilibrated tannins, long and complex final. This Dolcetto d’Alba is perfect if drunk with first courses, white meat and aging cheeses.
