The Cinqueterre of Campogrande is a very expressive white wine that comes from a blend of native Ligurian vines. This wine is one of the last challenges of Elio Altare, a famous Piedmontese producer, and it is made with grapes grown in the vineyard "Campogrande", arranged at several levels on the typical Ligurian terraces. The Cinqueterre Campogrande shows a beautiful straw yellow color tending to golden while in the nose it develops intense and stratified aromas, with aromas of Mediterranean maquis that alternate with mineral and fruity nuances. The palate is medium-bodied, pleasant and satisfying, with a good flavor and freshness. The Cinqueterre of Campogrande goes perfectly with grilled fish, pasta with fish sauce, vegetables and seafood risotto.
