The Chardonnay of Cà del Bosco winery is an elegant white wine produced with the best grapes of Chardonnay farmed in the Erbusco estate, in the earth of Franciacorta region.
It has a beautiful yellow with greenish reflections; it gets off fruity and floral scents of ripe apples, pears and plums.
It is fresh and soft in the mouth, with a good structure and a well-balanced sapidity.For these reasons the Curtefranca wine is perfect to drink in combination with fish dishes, stuffed pasta, crustaceans and fresh cheeses.
