The Barbera d'Alba “Vigna Serraboella” of Cigliuti Renato winery is a red wine of Piedmont with a great depth and balance. Refined in French oak barriques for 18 months, it has a beautiful intense ruby red color that with the ageing assumes elegant orange reflexes. This Barbera develops a fruity and spicy bouquet in the nose, with notes of ripe red fruit and cassis. The taste is intense, persistent and dry. It is perfect if combined with roast and grilled of white and red meats, agnolotti with ragù, risotti and soups, aged cheeses and cold cuts.
