Its bouquet is really precious and intense, at the same time elegant with some fruited scents of mature cherry, red fruit’s jam, blueberry, violet, dog rose, in addition to black pepper, cinnamon and licorice ones. Dry and warm, with a great structure, this wine is complex, too: in fact, it is perfect in combination with beef meats, red meats and important sauces, game and seasoned cheeses.
