The Barolo “Gattera” of Bovio Gianfranco winery takes its name from the “Gattera” cru in the earth of the La Morra hills. This wine has an intense ruby red color with orange reflexes. The aroma is intense and complex, with red ripen fruit, violet, vanilla, licorice and tobacco notes. It has a long persistence and it is perfect if drunk with the typical “Agnolotti” of Langa, braised or roasted red meats and aging cheeses.
