Description

The Barolo “Arborina” of Bovio is produced with Nebbiolo grapes that come from the “Arborina” cru on the La Morra hills. This wine has a great ruby red color with oranges reflexes. The bouquet has complex scents, with red fruits and spiced notes, with hay and herb aromas on the final. The taste is elegant and full, with important tannins that gives to it persistence and structure. This wine is equilibrate and persistent and it is perfect if drunk with second red meat courses, game and aging cheeses. The Barolo “Arborina” is a wine perfect for meditation.
