The Langhe Chardonnay of Germano Ettore has a good straw yellow color and elegant fruity notes of apple, pineapple and citrus, with crust of bread shade. The taste is harmonic and persistent with a good balanced acidity that gives it a good freshness. Served cold, it is perfect if drunk like aperitif or with first courses and fish entrèe.
