The Ciù Ciù Oppidum is obtained from Montepulciano grapes grown in the municipality of Offida. After aging in wooden barrels and barriques, it spends six months in the bottle before being put on the market. It strikes at first impact thanks to its bright red colour with purple shades. Its bouquet is ample and fruity, with notes of berries and vanilla on the final. In the mouth, it is delicate and soft, despite its consistent structure. It is ideal to drink in combination with red meat courses and aged cheeses.
