The Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco of Gilli winery is a sweet sparkling wine, which strikes at first impact for its cherry red with purple shades. Equipped with a lively foam, in the nose it develops floral and fruity hints with notes of berries, wisteria and elderberry. In the mouth, the low alcohol content and the light foam are pleasant, surprising sip after sip. Exceptional to drink in combination with fruit desserts or pies, it also plays at its best the role of meditation wine.
