Description

The Spumante Special Cuveè Pas Dosé Riserva of the Contratto winery is a sparkling wine obtained by the best Pinot Nero grapes with a small addition of Chardonnay ones, grown in the oldest vines of the property. After about 6 years of aging on its lees, it shows a splendid golden yellow and fine and persistent bubbles. In the nose it develops a complex and harmonious bouquet, with hints of ripe fruit on a slightly spicy background. In the mouth, it is intense with a good acidity and an aftertaste of apple and custard. It is ideal to drink fresh in combination with elaborate fish courses.
