Description

The Barolo of Bovio Gianfranco winery is an excellent red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown on the hills of La Morra. Barolo with a classic style, at sight it shows a ruby red color with garnet nuances. At nose, it develops a wide and complex bouquet, with fruity aromas of raspberry, ripe red fruit and cherry on a slightly spicy background. In mouth it’s soft, with a good structure and balance. With a long and persistent final, it is perfect to drink with homemade pasta with game ragù, roasted meats and aged cheeses.
