The Riesling Dornleiten Privat Reserve of Nigl winery is a superb white wine made with Rhine Riesling grapes, farmed on the Danube banks, near to Vienna.
On view, it shows a brilliant straw yellow color, while at nose it release characteristic scents of green apple and herbs.
In mouth, it is mineral with a well-balanced acidity and an unusual persistence.
With a great elegance, it is excellent if drunk with fish dishes, crustaceans, risotto with seafood and medium seasoning cheeses.
