Description

The Paolo Scavino Barolo Carobric was born in 1996 like a combination of different wines that originate from three different Barolo cultivation areas. Thanks to a refine vineyard work, this wine has an absolute elegance and complexity.

The Barolo Carobric has an intense ruby red colour with orange reflexes, while the aromas are complex, fruity and floreal with violet, dog rose, red ripen fruity, tobacco and licorice notes. Do not forget that the 2010 was a very great vintage for the Barolo wine. To drink, to conserve and to collect.
