The Roero docg of Tibaldi winery is produced by selected and picked by hand Nebbiolo grapes.
The aging happens for a long time in wooden barrels, in order to guarantee to the wine an excellent structure, aroma and softness. Characterized by a ruby red colour, it shows intense and complex scents, with a fruited bouquet, with hints of little wild strawberries, violet in addition to a lightly spiced ending. In the mouth, it is warm and delicate, with a right balance between tannins and acidity. The Roero of Tibaldi is excellent in combination with braised and roasted meats, but also with traditional first courses with important sauces.
