The Barolo Rocche di Castiglione by Vietti is an elegant and well-balanced wine, produced with carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes from a historic vineyard in the Rocche Di Castiglione Falletto. At sight it presents a beautiful ruby red color. On the nose it develops intense and complex aromas, with notes of dried rose, violet, liquorice, spices and undergrowth. In the mouth it is characterized by a dry, full and complex flavour, strong but balanced tannins, a long and persistent finish. The Barolo Rocche di Castiglione by Vietti is excellent to drink in combination with dishes based on stewed red meats, game and mature cheeses. Endowed with an important structure, it is a wine suitable to long aging.
