The Riesling of Strasserhof is an excellent white wine made with selected grapes farmed in the small winery situated in Varna, Trentino.
On view, it shows a brilliant straw yellow color with intense greenish nuances, while at nose its releases a wide and fruity bouquet with strong notes of peach, tropical fruits and mineral scents on the final.
Fresh, with a well-balanced acidity and a long and persistent final, it is perfect to drink in combination with vegetables, crustaceans and baked or grilled fish.
