The Champagne Amour de Deutz is a refined sparkling wine, which takes its name from a statue that stands in the gardens of the Deutz estate.
It is characterized by a beautiful straw yellow colorwith golden reflexes and a fine and persistent perlage. When it’s into the glass it gets off a wide and fruity bouquet with hints of pear, yellow apple, peach in addition to a background of crust of bread and butter.
In mouth, it is fresh and mineral with a well-balanced acidity and a strong persistence on the final.
It is perfect to drink with fine dishes of raw fish, caviar, seafood and crustaceans.
