Interessing Barolo wine, with a unique taste, is produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming from the “Ravera” cru of Novello: it is produced by joining the classic school of the Barolo wine, that must mature in big casks of 500l, with the international style that want the passage in little casks. Moreover, this Barolo wine, as the others, owns a good capacity of aging.
