This Barolo wine is produced only in the best years by using selected Nebbiolo grapes coming from vineyards, that benefit from good expositions, and situated in “Cerviano” cru in Novello. This wine shows an intense ruby red colour with some reflexes; the bouquet is various and fruited, with red fruit’s jam, violet, black pepper, and tobacco. The taste of it is rich and charming, at the same time persistent: it combines perfectly with platters based on red meats, game and seasoned cheeses.
