The Sauvignon of Falkesteinis a superb white wine cultivated in the vineyards in the north of the Val Venosa in South Tyrol. On view, it shows a straw yellow color with greenish nuances, while when in the glass it gets off scents of medicinal grass, pineapple, lychee and passion fruit in combination in addition to mineral notes. In mouth, it emits fresh aromas of green herb and green pepper; fresh an equilibrated, with a good persistence on the final, it is perfect to drink with first courses, grilled fish and pork meat.
