The Chardonnay “Reserva” of Haras de Pirque is an excellent white wine made with organic methods in the Maipo Valley, in Chile.
It appears with a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish nuances; at nose, it gets off a floral an fruity bouquet with notes of orange, pineapple and litchi in addition to herbal hints on the final.
In mouth, it is complex and pleasantly fresh, with a well balanced acidity.
It is perfect to drink fresh in combination with first fish courses,crustaceans and white meats.
