The Perrier-Jouet's Blason Rosè is a pleasant champagne made with Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Munier (25%).
On view, it shows a beautiful bright pink color with orange nuances and a fine perlage.
Its scents are intense and fruity with notes of apricot, pear and red fruit. In mouth, it is fresh and fine, with light taste of citrus on the final.
For these reason, this champagne it’s perfect if drunk chilled as aperitif or in combination with smoked salmon, grilled lobster and herbaceous cheeses.
