Description

The Spumante “QDE” of Mosnel is the most prestigious sparkling wine produced by the demaine.

Made with Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Bianco (40%) and Pinot Noir (20%) grapes, on view it shows a beautiful straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage.  Its bouquet is complex and ample marked hints of yeast, breadcrumbs and nuts.

In mouth, it is elegant and well balanced, with notes of acidity and sapidity on the final.
