The Chianti Classico “Vigna del Sorbo” of Fontodi wineryis a prestigious Tuscan red wine made with Sangiovese (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) grapes, farmed using genuine and sustainable methods.

It has an intense ruby red color with garnet-red nuances and it has an ample spicy and fruity bouquet with hints of cherry, tobacco, violet and dark spices.

Its taste is warm and round with a well-balanced sapidity.

It is an excellent wine to drink in combination with roasted or grilled red meats, game and medium aged cheeses.
