The Barolo Resa 56 of Brandini winery is a fine red wine that is aged over two years in oak barrel and one year in bottle.
On view, it shows a beautiful ruby red color; its smell is strong with hints of rose and ripen red fruits, on a background of spices and licorice.
The taste is wide and fresh with important tannin notes.
This Barolo is a great wine with a good aging potential and it’s perfect if drunk with red meat courses and medium aged cheese.
